Delivery & Order Tracking
We ship to the countries of European Union: the Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Unfortunately we don’t ship to countries outside the European Union, UK or Switzerland.
All products are send with DHL. When the items are sent, it usually takes 2 to 3 days to arrive at destination
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our studio, it cannot be re-sent to you, and you will be automatically refunded with 7 working days.
Returns & Refunds
You have fourteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchases for a refund if you’re not happy.
The items must then be returned in their original condition and packaging, labels must still be attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please contact us at email@example.com to return a product.
We don’t offer an exchange service through our website inamaya.com. To order a new size, style or colour of your chosen item, you just have to place a new order through our online shop.
You will receive an email letting you know when the refund has been made. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for our team to process your return package.
We have but one obsession: to offer you the best creations there are!
If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!
Creating an Inamaya account is easy:
- On your computer, click the "Account" button on the top right of the home page (on your smartphone, this button is in the menu).
- Enter your email address on the registration page.
- Fill in your details in the required fields and confirm.
To change your password, go to the ‘My Account/My Info’ page.
You can also change or delete personal information, such as your date of birth, clothes/shoe size, telephone number, etc.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Account’ button in the top right of the home page, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link, and type in your email address.
You will receive an email that will assist you to reset it.
To sign up for our newsletter, all you have to do is go to the ‘bottom of the homepage and add your email address in the Newsletter field.
If you haven’t received any of our invitations, try searching your spam/junk email folder, and adding our email address hello@Inamaya.com to your address book/contacts list.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, all you have to do is to click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send you.
You can save your shipping address to your account, so that you don’t have to type it in every time you make an order. You can also delete saved shipping addresses.
Either action can be completed by going to the ‘My Account/My Addresses’ page.

If you wish to delete your Inamaya account, please contact us at hello@Inamaya.com. Please be aware that if you delete your account, details of all of your past purchases will be lost as well.

You can add or remove items from your basket at any time before your order has been confirmed. Once your order has been placed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order has been placed, please contact us at email@example.com to cancel an order.
Your order is confirmed as soon as it appears in your ‘My Account/My Orders’ page.You will also be sent a confirmation email with an order reference number, as well as a summary of all the items in your basket.
You can pay for your order via:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express).
We suggest that you save your payment details on our website when you place an order. This will speed up any purchases you make in the future.
To change any of these details, go to the ‘My Account/My Payment Info’ page.
We never keep any of your bank account details. Transactions on our website are handled by a secure payment platform managed by our partner, Stripe. Any payments you make on our site are totally secure.
Your bank account will be debited as soon as your order is confirmed.
If your payment wasn’t successful, please try completing your order with another method of payment. If this doesn’t work, and you cannot complete your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
